We are currently looking for Logistics Co-ordinator for our Logistics Team based in Munich, Germany
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with third-party logistics providers regarding European warehouse management, customs clearance, and European distribution
* Managing direct deliveries from arrival tracking to destination
* Liaising between EU contract management team and Coordination with China Supply Chain/Logistics department
* Preparation and coordination of relevant paperwork and customs documentation (e.g. commercial invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, shipped product information data, etc.)
* Support and coordination of relevant administration and customs requirements, including: Inbound B/L management & release
* Upload and data management of stock allocation system
* Outbound Order release management
* ERP/WMS/TMS data entry operation, including:
* Inbound stock management & sub-inventory transfer
* Outbound stock management & ship confirm
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field or a completed vocational training (apprenticeship) in Freight Forwarding and Logistics.(IHK)
* At least 5 years of experience in transportation coordination within an international environment.
* Solid knowledge of logistics terminology and practices (Bill of Lading, CMR, Incoterms). In-depth knowledge of the international business environment, operations, and best practices (including international payment terms, conditions, and Incoterms usage).
* Work location: Germany (office-based presence required).
* Fluent English (written and spoken) and Chinese communication skills.
* Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft office tools, WMS and ERP systems (preferably Oracle), with the ability to create, analyze, and interpret business reports and operational data.
* Excellent self-organization and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence colleagues and customers while collaborating efficiently with internal teams.
* Strong resilience and adaptability to quickly respond to change.
* Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
