In this role, you will own the overall customer relationship across accounts and be the primary contact between our company and customers. You will grow our business through an understanding of the market, familiarity with customer needs, and knowledge of our product portfolio.
The ideal candidate is located in Southwest Germany and will work remotely from their home office. This position reports to the Bioprocess Territory Manager, Central South, and is part of the Central Bioprocess Sales Team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* You will understand and map the structure of customer contacts within selected accounts, forming strong business relationships by regular customer field visits to understand the customer's business issues and challenges. You will actively position Cytiva as a trusted partner with respect to our vision.
* You will take personal responsibility for driving our commercial positioning. Focus on actively finding and developing new business opportunities to accelerate growth.
* You will engage sales specialists in both the design and execution of account business plans and undertake a key role in driving effective local team work within a complex matrix sales environment.
* You will actively support Business development and Marketing initiatives in the field with aim of improving market share in the allocated accounts.
* You will accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities within designated territory, using sales tools and applications.
What We Are Looking For:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Science or Business or equivalent
* At least five years of sales experience and demonstrated track record of success as a Life Science Sales Representative or Sales Manager
* A deep understanding of Bioprocess customer's needs and business drivers, using this knowledge to develop account plans and strategies
* A self-starter - able to manage time, organize and prioritize workload
* Excellent interpersonal skills including team working skills and good communication skills
Requirements:
* An ability to travel up to 70%
* A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
