Corporate Lawyer
to support the team.

human-sized team , allowing lawyers to work closely with Partners and gain meaningful exposure to transactions and client matters from an early stage. This structure encourages direct collaboration, continuous feedback and

Your Responsibilities

Lawyer - Corporate Transactions– M&A – Law Firm
Advise international clients
on a wide range of corporate matters
including corporate governance, reorganizations and transactional work while supporting clients throughout the full lifecycle of deals.
Draft, review and negotiate
corporate documentation
such as shareholders agreements and corporate resolutions.
Assist clients with the structuring and implementation of corporate transactions and structures.
Work closely with Partners
and international offices on multi-jurisdictional projects.
Profile and Career Path

Lawyer - Corporate Transactions– M&A – Law Firm
You have
at least 4 years of experience
as Corporate Lawyer in a Law Firm in Luxembourg.
You speak
English
fluently, any other languages such as French are considerate as an asset.
You enjoy working in a
dynamic and international environment
where collaboration and high-quality legal work are key.
You are proactive, curious and motivated to continue developing within a firm offering long-term career perspectives and international exposure.
Offer

Lawyer - Corporate Transactions– M&A – Law Firm
An annual gross salary that
can go up to 140 000€
depending on your experience and level of seniority, under independent status. In addition,
a bonus
in accordance to your performance allowing you to have a complement of salary.
