For our client, a German subsidiaries of outstanding automotive spare parts companies from China, we are looking for a Electronic Lead Engineer (full-time position).
Qualifications and knowledge:
* Graduated in electrical engineering or related major
* More than 5 years of automotive interior or exterior lighting products from development to SOP related project experience
Expertise (to Know)
* Electronical development expert in the lighting sector!
* Good knowledge of automotive electronic hardware
* Familiar with embedded product development process
* Ability to program in languages such as C etc.
* Familiar with ASPICE development process and the AUTOSAR Architecture
* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
* Know the development process of automobile industry projects
* Good leadership in product & industrialization understanding
Duties and responsibilities:
* Development and preliminary feasibility analysis, including competitor analysis
* Business and technical target setting & monitoring
* Define technical and design verification requirements
* Select preliminary development concept and create BOM in quotation phase
* Continuously follow design drafts from customers, taking into account a variety of functional requirements for their components.
* Be responsible of the components for the planning, control and monitoring of the cost, schedule and maturity targets (validation, testing, ...) of the own components until they are passed on to series production
* Be responsible for the series allocation of lighting products, coordinate with customers on this
* Make preliminary plan according to OEMS' requirements
* Analyze customer requirements and specifications/specification documents
* Check and update input and output data (single part, system)
* Actively promote audit (recognition) related output
* Actively promote communication regarding development and process quality, to ensure mass production delivery
* Support the business development team with building roadmaps of new lighting products and providing technical support in new business development
