Your mission
Strategic planning, leadership, and continuous development of international accounts and cross-market initiatives
Full budget responsibility for your accounts, including accurate cost forecasting, profitability tracking, and active margin/scope management
Acting as a senior sparring partner for clients and internal teams – translating cultural, community, and audience-related insights into clear recommendations, roadmaps, and decisions
Leading and developing interdisciplinary teams; setting priorities, giving feedback, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative, idea-driven culture
Confident, proactive communication with project teams and clients on senior/C-level
International Growth & Business Development
Supporting the Chief Strategy Officer on international growth initiatives and business development strategy
Preparing pitch decks, creative concepts, credentials, proposals, and budget offers for new and existing clients
Participating in (and occasionally leading) high-level business development conversations with global partners, brands, and institutions
Conducting research and gathering insights to inform strategic opportunities across markets such as Europe, the Middle East, India, and North America
Supporting the development of new products, formats, and partnerships across STAN’s global portfolio
Maintaining a high standard of communication and presentation across all business development materials
Events & Production (Bonus)
Advantage: experience producing events, activations, workshops, or cultural programming
Supporting the CSO and creative teams in shaping event formats, run-of-show planning, and execution (as relevant)
Travel & Representation
Client-facing presence with readiness to travel internationally for meetings, pitches, workshops, and events
Representing STAN with professionalism, cultural intelligence, and strategic clarity
Your profile
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Minimum of 6 years of experience in the agency industry, ideally with a focus on social media, campaigning, or integrated communications
Proven experience managing international clients and global campaigns
Strong track record in project organization, client leadership, cost estimation, and controlling
Deep understanding of communication strategy and concept development, with the ability to analyze social media trends and insights to optimize campaigns and content strategies
Experienced in integrating social media activities into overarching marketing and communication strategies, including defining and evaluating KPIs
Extensive experience in team coordination and leadership across complex, interdisciplinary setups
Entrepreneurial mindset: able to prioritize, negotiate, and make decisions – hands-on and solution-oriented
Strong communication and presentation skills with an international mindset
Language & Location
Fluency in English is required (German, French, or Danish is a plus)
Based ideally in Stuttgart, Copenhagen, or Paris
