Your Mission

Full-Cycle Sales
* Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing, across new logo and expansion
* Guide enterprise stakeholders through complex buying journeys with clear business cases
* Shape sales plays, co-create campaigns, and explore new pipeline strategies
Deal Execution
* Act as a trusted advisor throughout the journey, from first touch to pilot and close
* Build mutual success plans and support them with a product-focused mindset
* Collaborate with Solution Engineering on proposals and proof-of-concepts
Brand & Internal Collaboration
* Represent QuantPi online and at events, contributing to a strong market voice
* Work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience and influence the product roadmap
Your profile
Must-Haves (We only move forward with candidates who meet these)
* Proven sales background in B2B tech (minimum 2 years), ideally with €50k+ deal sizes
* Experience selling complex technical products to solve real customer problems
* Strong value selling skills: you build urgency, shape ROI narratives, and influence decisions
* Comfortable building your own pipeline with outbound automation tools (expect ~90% outbound pipegen)
* Full-cycle ownership: from prospecting to closing, confidently navigating complex sales motions
* Clear communicator who can engage technical and business audiences alike
Nice-to-Haves
* Familiarity with the state of the art in AI and a solid grasp of the underlying technology
* Experience selling into international clients (e.g., USA, Nordics, France, UAE) from DACH
* German language skills are a strong advantage

While our diverse team speaks 15+ languages, our working language is English. Our current office in Saarbrücken is co-located with Saarland Informatics Campus, one of Europe’s leading research site for computer science and cybersecurity. Recently, we opened a hub in Berlin and are looking to expand the QuantPi footprint with additional hubs further.

We founded QuantPi in 2020 as a spin-off of CISPA - Helmholtz Center for Information Security and Saarland University to ultimately enable society for a safe and self-determined co-existence with intelligent machines
