Your Tasks Join Our Global Internal Audit Team! As a member of our Global Internal Audit Team, you are part of a dynamic and diverse group of auditors, with your sub-team particularly but not exclusively focusing on process end-to-end audits in our Emerging Markets (EM) and North East Asia (NEA) affiliates within the Consumer Goods segment. Your Tasks: Audit Preparation and Execution: Contribute to the preparation, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up of audits focused on our Emerging Markets (EM) and North East Asia (NEA) affiliates Process Analysis: Collaborate within your team and with your audit manager to analyze key processes in Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Finance, and Human Resources. Assess these processes for security, compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency. Focus Areas: Concentrate on Commercial and Order-to-Cash processes to identify areas for improvement. Consulting and Collaboration: Consult with affiliates and corporate functions to implement improvement activities. Work closely with regional and corporate teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness. Global Flexibility: While most assignments will be within the EM & NEA region, you will have the opportunity for assignments across other regions as needed. Your Profile Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or similar qualification Several years of experience in External and/or Internal Audit, with a proven international track record. External qualifications are appreciated (e.g. CIA) Strong understanding of business processes and general accounting principles (IFRS). Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP is essential, along with a keen interest in leveraging IT technologies and reporting systems. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages, especially Mandarin, is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills, with a diplomatic approach and a strong team orientation.
