What you can expect
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns with a strong focus on performance marketing to acquire new customers as well as cross-sell and upsell measures.
You will plan and execute campaigns to support the sales team and increase sales.
You will be responsible for creating and optimising content for email marketing campaigns and automating these processes using Hubspot or similar tools.
You will monitor and manage the budget for various projects and be responsible for monthly reporting and measuring the success of the measures implemented.
You will also be responsible for selecting, commissioning and coordinating external service providers to support the marketing activities.
What makes you stand out You have a degree and several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in an agency.
You have experience with Hubspot or similar marketing automation tools.
You have in-depth knowledge of content creation and email marketing and have experience in planning and implementing marketing campaigns.
You are a digital native with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
You have a very good command of German and English.
