With a strong foundation in Asia, we are rapidly expanding our international operations — with Europe as a key strategic focus. Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities

Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities. Develop and manage key customer accounts. Convert projects into orders. Collaborate with regional and headquarters teams to deliver technically and commercially competitive solutions. Focus on hands‑on sales execution, customer engagement, and pipeline development in Germany’s power distribution, data center, renewable energy, and grid infrastructure sectors.

Preference will be given to companies or candidates with professional experience or collaboration background with leading international electrical and automation corporations, such as ABB, Siemens, and Schneider Electric. Key Responsibilities Customer Development & Account Management

Develop and manage relationships with utilities, distribution system operators (DSOs), EPCs, system integrators, developers, and key industrial and data center customers. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and project pipelines. Actively promote Daqo’s MV/LV power distribution solutions and project capabilities. Represent Daqo in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events. Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and order closing activities. Coordinate RFQs, tenders, and proposals in close collaboration with the Solutions Manager. Manage sales forecasts and opportunity tracking. Support contract discussions, order handover, and coordination with headquarters and factories.

Internal & Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate closely with headquarters sales, engineering, and operations teams. Ensure seamless communication between customers and internal stakeholders. Provide regular market feedback on customer needs, competitors, and pricing trends.
