Your Role:
* Support Tech Belonging and inclusion initiatives and internal campaigns
* Support digital accessibility initiatives fostering disability inclusion
* Slides presentation and video creations
* Graphic design knowledge for banners, logos and promotional materials in social medias and internal websites
* Contribute to internal platforms - maintenance and update
* Assist and organization with events such as vodcasts, live talks, and awareness sessions
* Explore Microsoft 365 accessibility features, AI tools, and inclusive digital solutions
* Support communication, storytelling, and engagement activities
* Bring fresh ideas and a user‑centric perspective
* Support on content creation
* Interest in storytelling, learning formats, or awareness campaigns
* Openness to cross‑functional collaboration.
* Creative thinking around how technology can be more human‑centered
Your Qualifications:
Digital Skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, accessibility features)
* Interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT / Microsoft Copilot)
* Basic understanding of digital accessibility concepts (e.g., usability, inclusive design)
* First exposure to content creation, platforms, or communities
Communication Skills
* Solid written communication skills (emails, short posts, presentations, learning content)
* Openness to feedback and constructive, respectful dialogue
* Comfortable collaborating in diverse, cross‑functional, multicultural teams
* Enrolled student (IT, digital science, psychology, design, social sciences, humanities, business, or similar)
* Curiosity for technology, passion for inclusion, openness to learning, and the courage to put people first.
* Very good (C1) English skills are required, both written and spoken
* German language skills are a plus and beneficial for collaboration, but not mandatory
