Procurement Manager (all genders)
Your future tasks:
* Lead and execute end-to-end procurement activities for high-value equipment, services, and construction scopes across offshore wind and large energy infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with Skyborn procurement policies and processes.
* Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies, managing the full procurement lifecycle including market analysis, RFI, PQQ, ITT, evaluation, supplier selection, and contract award.
* Manage competitive tendering and lead commercial negotiations for complex contracts such as EPCI, equipment manufacturing, vessel chartering, and service or consultancy agreements.
* Act as a trusted sparring partner to Package Managers, Budget Holders, Legal, and technical stakeholders, independently driving procurement processes to deliver optimal technical and commercial outcomes.
* Evaluate total cost of ownership, manage procurement-related risks, track forecast spend, and contribute to cost reduction, value targets, and LCOE optimisation using SAP and internal governance frameworks.
* Establish and manage supplier performance through KPIs, ensure contract implementation readiness, and support stakeholder and supplier interfaces throughout execution.
Your profile:
* Degree in Business Management, Procurement & Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in strategic procurement or sourcing roles, ideally within offshore wind or large-scale energy or infrastructure projects.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex procurement projects across multiple business units and spend categories.
* Structured, adaptable working style with the ability to perform effectively in dynamic, deadline-driven environments.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to act as a trusted sparring partner.
* High ethical standards and integrity, fluent written and spoken English, strong MS Office skills, and SAP experience as a strong advantage.
