Your tasks
Oversee all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters across EMEA and coordinate global Law & Compliance activities. Ensure the organization operates within the law, adhering to high standards of corporate governance, ethics, and compliance. Support management and employees in achieving organizational goals while minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities.
* Coordinate Law & Compliance activities worldwide for OESL.
* Provide legal advice on civil law, business law, corporate matters, M&A, and partnerships within EMEA.
* Identify and analyze legal risks.
* Draft and review contracts and legal documents, especially in complex international matters.
* Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and compliance coordinators.
* Assist in claim management, representing clients in court and out-of-court proceedings.
* Coordinate compliance activities globally and serve as the primary contact for EMEA locations.
* Support regional compliance strategies and help identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks.
* Educate employees on relevant regulations and track legal matters in IT systems.
Your profile
* Law degree from an accredited university.
* Proven experience in law & compliance, with project and leadership experience, preferably globally.
* Intercultural and international experience.
* Expertise in commercial, civil, and corporate law.
