We develop workforce management solutions - software that makes scheduling and time reporting more smooth and more flexible for almost a million users worldwide!
We have a hybrid working set up and therefore you will be required to attend our Hamburg office minimum twice per week.
As a Senior Business Development Representative for the German market, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential customers, driving new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. In this role, you will be expected to build and manage your own pipeline of prospects, while also sharing your expertise to support other team members.
You will be responsible for generating new leads, setting up meetings, and collaborating with Account Executives (AE) and Marketing teams to convert prospects into qualified opportunities. Minimum language skills required: fluent German and business-level English.
Engaging with mid-market and enterprise clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, social media, store visits, events and more.
Assist the manager in guiding the EU BDR team by providing support with messaging, best practices, technical assistance, and strategy, while aligning with both global and country-specific OKRs.
Ensure that opportunity and contact information is completed in Salesforce to provide a smooth handoff to AEs for further qualification.
A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams.
A desire to help colleague hit their targets through hands-on support with messaging, best practices, technical assistance, and strategy.
Graduated with at least a bachelor’s degree.
An interest in forward-thinking software and technology.
Embrace working closely with a team in an international environment.
Experience with modern SaaS tools like (Salesloft, Salesforce, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, etc.).
