We're looking for a proactive and committed Health & Safety Coordinator(m/f/d) to join our team and take a leading role in building a strong, sustainable safety culture across our operations. What will you be doing as our Health & Safety Coordinator:
* Lead internal HSE and safety audits – take ownership of planning, conducting, and evaluating audits to drive high safety standards across the site
* Assess risks and design actionable solutions – perform detailed risk assessments and follow up with clear, effective action plans
* Be the go-to contact during inspections – support external audits and inspections with confidence, ensuring our site meets all legal and regulatory expectations
* Drive continuous improvement – contribute to evolving our HSE management system, ensuring it remains fully compliant and future-ready
* Investigate incidents with precision – take the lead on root cause analysis, identify trends, and implement proactive measures to prevent reoccurrence
* Champion safety culture on the ground – work closely with operations teams to raise awareness, inspire safe practices, and make safety part of the everyday mindset
What we need from our Health & Safety Coordinator:
* A degree in occupational safety, environmental management, or a related field – your expertise keeps our teams protected and operations compliant
* Good understanding and knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001 – you're not just familiar with the standards; you know how to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios
* Hands-on experience conducting risk assessments and workplace audits – you spot potential issues before they become problems, and you know how to fix them
* A sharp, solution-focused mindset – you work independently, stay organized, and always keep safety and efficiency in sight
* You're fluent in German, confident in English, and comfortable navigating MS Office tools with ease
