Your responsibilities
* Handle day-to-day bookkeeping (accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations)
* Support monthly routines: postings, reconciliations, simple reporting
* Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
* Communicate with our German and Swiss tax advisors (provide documents, clarify questions)
* Maintain and structure our financial data in DATEV, Bexio, and Qonto
Your profile
* Completed commercial education or equivalent background in accounting/finance
* At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
* Careful, structured, and detail-oriented working style
* Enjoys creating order and uncovering inconsistencies
* Very good German and good English skills
* Bonus: experience with DATEV, Bexio, or Qonto
