Responsibilities:
1. Implementation and realization of the sales strategy and knowledge transfer
2. Enforcing governance to ensure group-wide scaling and harmonization
3. Promoting the continuous improvement of sales processes and the use of tools
4. Cross-national cooperation for implementation and exchange of best practice examples
5. Promoting the development of a culture of excellence
6. Development, management and implementation of various sales excellence initiatives and organizational development
7. Conceptual development and implementation of sales KPIs in collaboration with other functions involved
8. Monitoring key performance indicators to assess internal and external customer satisfaction in relation to sales and supply chain activities
9. Supporting the Head of Sales & Marketing in the daily sales business in the B2B area
10. Assuming KAM responsibility for multinational customers
11. Promotion of joint value initiatives
The ideal candidate (m/f/d):
12. Has a degree with a focus on marketing or business or a comparable qualification
13. Has experience with sales organizations and methods as well as with the definition and optimization of business processes
14. Is experienced in strategic planning and project management across different regions
15. Ideally has experience in the food industry or agricultural sector
16. Has intercultural skills and strong interface management and organization skills
17. Has experience in the areas of change management, leadership and building through change
18. Has a high level of team and customer orientation and a strong commitment to service excellence
19. Has a high degree of flexibility, an independent way of working and a strong sense of responsibility
20. Is willing to work both domestically and abroad
21. Has very good application knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
22. Is fluent in English and ideally speaks German
