The role of an Inhouse Support Consultant is to provide high-quality technical support and further development of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Process D365 support tickets via DevOps, including bug analysis.
* Respond to D365 support emails.
* Analyze, conceive, and test new requirements from specialist departments.
* Create fit-gap analyses.
* Prepare and support D365 process tests for release changes.
* Implement key user/user training in D365 SCM.
* Develop D365 training materials and documentation.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in computer science or business informatics, or a commercial vocational training with a strong interest in ERP systems, or vocational training with an IT/ERP focus.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM, or a comparable ERP system, is desirable.
* Practical experience in software support is an advantage.
* Independent, solution-oriented, and meticulous working style.
* Strong communication skills with a high level of teamwork.
* Excellent written and spoken English, at least C1 level.
* After a successful induction phase and probationary period, you can work on a mobile basis on individual days.
