As Senior IT Administrator, you will be a key part of our infrastructure team that is responsible for ensuring smooth and secure company operations in Germany and Europe. What is your Day to Day Mission:
* Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, ensuring their optimal performance.
* Manage and support virtualization environments, particularly Hyper-V.
* Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, including Intune and Jamf.
* Ensuring the security and integrity of our company infrastructure.
* System hardening of ground control stations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, ensuring seamless connectivity across the organization.
* Provide day-to-day helpdesk support and resolve technical issues for end-users.
* Support and maintain three operating systems: Windows, Apple, and Linux.
* Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical users, ensuring they understand and can implement the solutions provided.
What you bring to the team:
* Proven experience in IT administration, with a strong understanding of networking, MDM, and server management.
* Proficiency in managing and supporting Windows, Apple, and Linux operating systems.
* Experience with virtualization technologies, particularly Hyper-V.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* A proactive mindset towards IT security and infrastructure management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
