Join their dynamic team as a Junior Treasury Specialist. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in liquidity management and treasury processes within an innovative digital bank.
Your responsibilities:
1. Plan and coordinate liquidity management in line with the company’s risk and business strategy
2. Define and implement treasury management measures based on partial risk strategy and risk appetite
3. Prepare internal reporting and materials for the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO)
4. Analyze and assess new regulatory requirements CRR, MaRisk) and translate them into concrete action plans for Treasury
5. Drive optimization and automation of treasury processes
6. Collaborate on strategic treasury projects and liaise with auditors and refinancing partners
Requirements
7. Master’s degree in economics, business mathematics, or a similar discipline (natural sciences also welcome)
8. Initial experience in capital markets or bank treasury is a plus
9. Strong analytical and structured working style with a solution-oriented mindset
10. Eagerness to learn and engage with new topics
11. Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
