Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as a point of contact for HR processes within the People Services team.

* Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and timeliness.

* Build and maintain process flows and procedural documentation to support operational performance.

* Support the evaluation and resolution of complex HR requests in HRIS platforms.

* Train and coach team members on processes, systems, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources or Business Administration from an accredited institution.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a People Operations or HR role, ideally in an international or matrix organization.

Skills: Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow) and MS Office Suite.

Languages: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
