Wir suchen für unseren renommierten und internationalen Kunden am Standort Düsseldorf einen




BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (m/w/d)




IHR PROFIL:



* Minimum 2 years law firm/professional services experience
* Good working knowledge of CRM systems
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
* Demonstrates strategic focus, self-motivation and a drive to action
* Comfortable working independently as well on a team and can collaborate effectively across offices and practice areas
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a good working relationship with stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to clearly and effectively communicate, in oral and written form, with people at all levels within the Firm
* Must possess financial, analytical and project management skills
* Must possess good judgment and decision-making skills
* Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Possesses a proactive attitude and is a team-player
* Be a self-starter with plenty of initiative and resilience, but who equally thrives in a team-based environment
* Calm and efficient under pressure




IHRE AUFGABEN:



* The execution of all events: in-house, external and virtual. Assuming responsibility, and working in collaboration with the European event specialist, for all event logistics, including the agreement of objectives, coordinating briefings and preparatory meetings, producing event materials, identifying venues/platforms and speakers, attending/hosting events, and arranging post-event follow-up. Working closely with the business development, reception and facilities teams
* Assisting the BD senior managers with the drafting of pitching for new business opportunities, such as responding to RFPs, panel appointments, and bid/proposal documents. Producing capability statements, fact sheets and slide decks within brand guidelines
* Drafting and coordinating internal communications and supporting the execution of BD campaigns relevant to clients, prospects and other offices via press Releases and social media channels. Coordinating with the creative team to help build a strong print, digital and social media identity
* Assisting with the drafting and coordination of legal directory submissions (Chambers and Legal 500) and other award submissions, such as Juve. Undertaking supportive research and information collection activities
* Providing support on the collection and input of deal experience in the firm's database across the German office's main practice areas to ensure effective intelligence gathering
* Supporting ad hoc activities within the German offices, including photography sessions and lawyer biographies
* Support the BD team with upholding the best practices around the firm’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance the lawyers’ business development efforts, including:
o Inputting contacts and maintaining Updates
o Creating and maintaining distribution lists by identifying and classifying target audiences
o Preparing event invitations and distributing invitations
o Recording client event attendance
o Recording lawyers' BD activity
* Be seen as a trusted advisor on social media best practice and profile optimisation in line with the firm's social media policy
