The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies in Germany to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth.
The ideal candidate will report directly to the Country Manager and the Head of Marketing Europe.
and work closely with dealers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities
● Partner with the Head of Marketing EU & Country Manager to develop and deliver local and regional marketing plans that drive brand growth and customer acquisition, in line with Head Office strategy.
● Collaborate closely with sales teams to design and execute effective, localised marketing campaigns aligned with EU and Head Office guidelines.
● A European expansion vision: structuring and strengthening a scalable and distinctive brand platform across multiple markets.
● Plan and manage local and regional on & offline advertising, promotional activity.
● Define and implement the digital marketing strategy, proposing innovative solutions and tools to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
● Manage and optimize the conversion funnel and lead the operational deployment of digital marketing actions aimed at generating leads and increasing visibility.
● Develop acquisition, loyalty, and retention strategies together with our in-house expert
● Publish editorial content (press articles, videos, infographics, visuals, blog posts, and product pages for the website), run email marketing campaigns, and manage and animate social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
● Contribute to content strategy for digital campaigns
● Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer network, supporting and enabling their local marketing efforts.
● Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign performance and effectiveness.
● Ensure consistent brand representation and compliance with corporate marketing standards.
● Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximise return on investment (ROI).
● Work with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing execution.
Personal Specification
● 6 years of experience in a similar role, with significant 360 marketing experience and a good understanding of web and digital ecosystems.
● Demonstrated experience managing regional or multi-location marketing activity across diverse markets.
● Strong hands-on experience across dealer marketing, digital marketing, social media, and customer engagement strategies.
● Proven track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
