Job Description
* Plan and organize warehouse infrastructure and optimize layout and workflows
* Analyze and continuously improve warehouse and logistics processes
* Select appropriate storage and transport equipment based on operational needs
* Ensure compliance with legal regulations, internal quality standards, and GMP/FDA guidelines
* Manage and oversee inbound, outbound, and shipping operations
* Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch of goods
* Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
* Identify and implement measures to increase warehouse efficiency
* Evaluate and select transport service providers, including structured tender processes
* Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment
* Document and report any logistical issues or deviations from standard procedures
Qualifications
* Completed vocational training in logistics, warehouse management, or a related field
* Experience in a GMP/FDA-regulated environment is preferred
* Proficient in using warehouse and logistics software/tools
* Ability to work independently and proactively improve processes
* Strong team player with a high level of responsibility
* Good communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus)
