We search for a strong and cooperative leader to head our Quick Service Restaurants department. You will be responsible for the strategic direction and development of this area, working closely with a dynamic team that drives process execution and digitalization in the construction industry.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Fundamental Leadership: Strategically lead and manage the Quick Service Restaurants department
* Budget Planning and Control: Oversee budget planning, control, and adherence as well as overall performance
* Critical Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, including new business acquisition
* Risk Management: Identify, steer, and minimize overarching risks through targeted measures
* Innovation Development: Design and implement innovation strategies, project management standards, and processes to continuously improve the Quick Service Restaurants product
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A degree in Building Engineering, Architecture, Business Engineering or a comparable field
* Experience in professional and disciplinary leadership
* Expertise in managing complex projects, contract negotiations, and budget control as well as building customer and partner networks
