The Financial Controller plays a vital role in managing the financial health of Perrine V – Fausses annonces. This position requires overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis to ensure the company meets its financial goals while adhering to compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable regulations.
2. Manage the budgeting process and perform variance analysis to guide strategic financial decisions.
3. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with local regulations and standards.
4. Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenditures while providing insights on opportunities for operational improvements.
5. Coordinate audits and implement recommendations from external auditors.
6. Lead the finance team in best practices for accounting and financial management, continuous improvement, and training.
7. Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
8. Assist in strategic planning and investment analysis to support company growth initiatives.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with organizational objectives.
Essential Qualifications
10. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
11. Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is preferred.
12. Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
