<p>Head of Grid Germany</p><p>Berlin | Hybrid</p><p><br></p><p>We are supporting a leading European renewable energy developer on the appointment of a senior Grid Leader for its German business.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a strategic role focused on utility scale renewable energy and BESS projects across Germany, combining deep technical grid expertise with strong stakeholder management and commercial influence over project delivery and investment decisions.</p><p><br></p><p>We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have:</p><ul><li>A proven track record delivering EHV / 380kV grid infrastructure projects</li><li>Direct experience working with German TSOs such as Amprion, 50Hertz, TenneT or TransnetBW</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with TSOs, lenders, partners and senior leadership teams</li><li>Experience influencing project, investment or grid connection decisions within a developer, utility, TSO, EPC or related infrastructure environment</li><li>An Electrical Engineering degree</li><li>Fluent German and English</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Key responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead grid connection strategy across utility scale renewable energy and BESS projects</li><li>Manage TSO and DSO relationships</li><li>Oversee grid infrastructure development up to 380kV</li><li>Support project development, investment and delivery decisions</li><li>Coordinate external consultants and technical workstreams</li><li>Represent the business with key grid stakeholders, lenders and strategic partners</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Location:</p><ul><li>Berlin</li><li>Hybrid working (approximately 3 days per week in the office)</li></ul><p></p>
