C4 Interoperability Security Cooperation Planner

Our team is seeking an expert security cooperation planner with an appreciation for defense modernization and technical interoperability to work unique international projects in Europe. As a security cooperation planner, you will develop and execute roadmaps that improve interoperability with militaries from a portfolio of countries. You’ll use your collaboration skills as you coordinate with stakeholders across multiple staffs and the Department of Defense acquisition community. You’ll be challenged to modernize and build capabilities with European partners and Allies and assure communications information systems are available to commanders when and where they are needed. You’ll quickly become the subject matter expert for your portfolio of countries and their projects to improve interoperability with U.S. forces.

You Have:
1. 5+ years of experience in US military command, control, communications, and computers or supporting network-enabled warfighting
2. 3+ years of experience in security cooperation
3. 3+ years of experience on Joint, Combatant Command, or Component Command staff
4. Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders, including executives, technical, and non-technical members
5. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
6. TS/SCI clearance
7. Bachelor’s degree
8. Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications
Nice If You Have:
9. Experience with US military program executive offices or the Defense Security Cooperation Agency
10. Experience with a critical agency’s command and control structure
11. Experience in the European theater
12. Knowledge of combined and joint all domain command and control strategy
13. Ability to read or design network architectures
14. Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills
15. Master’s degree
16. Project Management Professional, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
