The Global Procurement division is responsible for BASF Coatings Group purchasing activities worldwide. You prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of negotiation outcomes, including commercial terms, pricing and volume allocation, ensuring complete auditability and compliance.
Furthermore, you actively support business needs beyond core responsibilities, taking on roles such as negotiation coach for other teams.
Lastly, you lead or contribute to strategic initiatives, ranging from foundational to advanced projects, including digital transformation and mentoring programs, to enhance procurement's impact on business performance.
