Account Management Professional
* We seek a detail-oriented individual to manage PEUSA and FPS / PAM customer accounts, ensuring seamless transactions.
* Evaluate quality control processes (4-year) for consistency, analyzing account information and ensuring all required data is complete.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing customer accounts with attention to detail;
2. Analyzing signatures and verifying authenticity of financial transactions;
3. Collaborating with teams to resolve issues related to account verification/blocking/unblocking authorization transfers credit card follow-up applications cancellations blocking/unblocking settlements trouble shooting provider contact customer data completeness for business regulatory reporting write maintain procedures departmental activities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills and be able to effectively communicate complex ideas in written form. This role requires a strong ability to multitask while maintaining high-quality performance standards.
