As a Finance & Accounting Specialist within the Europe Regional Headquarters Management Team, you will oversee accounting operations for Regional entities across the region. This role involves managing closing procedures, tax compliance, external audits, and maintaining seamless communication with the Korean headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
* Accounting Settlement: Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and prepare financial statements.
* Tax Compliance: Support and review various tax filings, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Withholding Tax.
* External Audit Management: Prepare documentation and respond to quarterly/annual external audits.
* Treasury & Cash Management: Monitor cash flow status, manage deposits/withdrawals, and establish cash flow plans.
* Accounts Receivable (AR) & Credit Management: Manage receivables, credit limits, and insurance for regional entities.
* HQ Liaison: Facilitate operational collaboration and communication with the Korean headquarters.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Experience: Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles (Open to New/Experienced candidates).
* Language: High-intermediate proficiency in English (Both written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
* Proficiency in SAP (ERP system).
* Relevant experience in the finance or accounting sector.
