As part of an expert team in the "Smart Maintenance" department of our "Life Cycle Management and Logistics" Competence Center, you will drive the further development of technical documentation, thereby laying the foundation for the successful operation of systems at our customers' sites.
The Defence & Security division is particularly committed to the armed forces and is a recognized technical service provider at the national and international levels, specializing in solution design, supporting analysis, development, and
implementation projects, and providing services.
Task:
* Data analysis of ASD master data (focus on S1000D, with interest also S2000M, S3000L and MIL-STD-1388-2B) for various land, air and sea weapon systems with regard to errors, consistency and specific issues in various interdisciplinary projects
* Advising our military clients on potential improvements to their technical documentation based on your analyses
* Participation in the development of logistics concepts and ILS guidelines, e.g., regarding technical documentation, schedules, testing specifications, and traceability.
* Participation in working meetings with the public client and the system manufacturers to define the data requirements of existing and future weapon systems
* Further development of the company's own evaluation tools (currently MySQL and Neo4j) for processing and analyzing ASD data
Requirements:
* Completed vocational training or university studies with a technical background
* In-depth knowledge of the ASD S1000D (version 1.9 / 2.3); knowledge of higher versions (4.1/4.2/5.0) would be ideal.
* Ideally, basic knowledge (procedures, data structures and relationships) of other standards (ASD S2000M and/or S3000L as well as MIL-STD-1388)
* Basic knowledge of programming (e.g. Python) and experience working with databases (MySQL and/or Neo4j)
* Several years of experience in handling complex technical systems (military land/air systems, civil aircraft, etc.)
* Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
