Job Description
Responsibility :
* Responsibility for the clinic's performance in the assigned area.
* Leading a growing team of orthodontists, dental assistants, and sales staff.
* Communication of the company vision and motivation of the teams
* Daily and weekly monitoring of sales goals and conversion rates of sales staff and doctors.
* Responsibility for the clinic's budget and objectives, analysis of results and implementation of improvement plans.
* Building an authentic connection with our patients to inspire them on their journey to a more confident smile.
* Ensuring compliance with sales processes and correct tracking procedures.
* Handling escalated patient concerns and problems.
* Organization of clinical teams, including sales, dental assistants, and physicians; management of staffing requirements and roster creation.
* Involvement in recruitment, training, feedback and, if necessary, termination of contracts.
* Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and hygiene standards.
* Participation in marketing activities, hosting influencers, and photo shoots – including possible videos for social networks.
* Ensuring an excellent customer experience and a perfect clinic image with a high NPS (Net Promoter Score).
Your profile
* More than 5 years of experience in a similar position.
* Previous experience in the dental field is desirable.
* Positive, curious and enthusiastic.
* Goal-oriented and able to work independently.
* Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
* Fluent in German (required) and good English (appreciated).
