Your tasks
* Protocol Development: Implement and evaluate routing and MAC layer protocols on SDR platforms
* System Integration: Configure and integrate Mobile Ad-Hoc Network concepts on SDRs hardware
* Performance Evaluation: Design and conduct experiments to assess protocol performance
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze results and contribute to research documentation
* Collaborative Research: Work closely with the team and university research chairs on project goals
Your qualifications
* Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field; currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
* Deep understanding of Software Defined Radios and routing protocols
* Excellent programming skills in C and Python
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Fluent in English, basics in German
