Our HR Analytics & Insights team provides transparency for stakeholders through analyses, concepts, and reports, significantly supporting decision-making processes in the HR context. To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a Specialist People Analytics (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible. This role is limited till End of 2027.
What you can expect:
* Be the driving force behind collecting, analyzing, and tracking key HR statistics and metrics on an international and national level. You will uncover valuable insights that will support in shaping our HR strategies
* Play a crucial role in improving the accessibility of data and information for our management, executives, and HR team. Your expertise will empower decision-making and drive efficiency
* Ensure the integrity of our data by meticulously mapping and preparing it in our source systems. Your attention to detail will guarantee accurate and reliable information
* Dive into the world of People Analytics and HR trends through research and media monitoring. Your findings will enable us to provide exceptional services to our internal stakeholders
* Take charge of maintaining our SAP HCM organizational management, ensuring smooth operations and seamless employee experiences
Your profile:
* You have successfully completed your studies, specializing in Data Science, Business Informatics, Digital Business Management, or Business Administration with a focus on Personnel, Analytics, Controlling. You are equipped with the knowledge to make data-driven decisions
* You have practical experience in a similar role, whether through internships, part-time positions, or previous employment. Your hands-on experience has honed your skills and prepared you for this challenge
* You have strong analytical skills and a keen interest in IT
* Alongside your proficiency in MS Office, you possess a working knowledge of SAP SAC, and ideally, SQL and R-Studio. Your technical skills allow you to leverage data in the most effective way
* You thrive in a collaborative environment and embrace teamwork. Your excellent interpersonal skills foster strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
* You communicate fluently in English, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with our international team. If you also speak German, it would be a bonus, enhancing your ability to engage with our local workforce
