Your Tasks
* Architectural Leadership: Develop and maintain high-level architecture domains (cloud, data, application, integration, security) for our platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of all technology components (including standards, patterns, and architectural governance).
* Technical Strategy: Define technical direction and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives, ensuring the use of innovative technologies and best practices. Expected outcomes: target-state architecture, modernization roadmap, platform scalability strategy, technology decision-making.
* Design & Development Oversight: Guide the software design and development processes, including code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical support for development teams.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align architecture with roadmap and business priorities. Communicate architectural recommendations and reasoning to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with them to gather requirements and provide updates.
Your Profile
* 10+ years experience designing distributed systems, cloud-native patterns, integration and platform architecture. Experience with high availability, scalability, reliability and cloud architecture patterns.
* Extensive experience in cloud computing and system architecture, preferably with certifications in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
* Proven experience designing and implementing complex, large-scale systems and applications.
* Deep understanding of architectural patterns, principles, and best practices: DDD, event-driven, microservices, API-first, integration, cloud-native.
* 5+ years of experience in eMobility software – strong interest and know-how in the eMobility industry. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
* Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong work ethic and a passion for technology.
