Aufgaben:
* Supply Chain Quality Engineers are responsible for the technical elements of supply chain management throughout all product life cycle phases.
* This position is focusing on Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)
* Ensure availability of high-quality parts and assemblies, supported by robust supplier and supply chain capabilities
* Major tasks are:
* Ensure PCB Quality by establishing and enforcing IPC specifications and Advantest PCB guidelines across design, fabrication, and assembly
* Manage NPI qualification and supplier readiness; Material validation and release before mass production
* Drive failure analysis, root cause identification, and corrective actions; monitor quality KPIs via the SPM (supplier performance) process and support AOS (assurance of supply) initiatives
* Handle supplier claim management and risk mitigation to maintain delivery performance and product reliability
* Lead supplier audits, dual sourcing, and DFM communication to ensure manufacturability
* Approve manufacturing release for new products and maintain WCH
Qualifikationen:
* Bachelor/Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent with the subjects of Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Material Science or equivalent job experience
* Know-how of manufacturing and related test processes for PCBs
* Knowledge of common failure mechanisms related PCBs
* Very good analytical skills in solving technical issues
* Team work/cross functional work capability
* Language skills: fluent in English (writing & speaking); German min. B2
* Strong self-management and coordination skills
* Good communicator, presenting skills
