We are currently supporting a well-established international law firm in its search for a Banking and Finance lawyer to strengthen its team. Your Responsibilities

Associate B&F – Law – Legal – Law Firm – Banking & Finance

You will be responsible for

drafting ,

negotiating , and

reviewing

legal documents such as financing agreements, security documents, and other contractual arrangements.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on both

regulatory

and

transactional

matters, including cross-border financial operations.
You will conduct

legal

monitoring

to stay up to date with regulatory developments and proactively inform clients through newsletters or legal updates.
You will assist in

structuring

and

implementing

complex financing transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.
You will

liaise

with clients, counterparties, regulators, and internal teams to manage transaction workflows and mitigate legal risks.

Profile and Career Path

You have at least

2 years

of experience in the Banking & Finance department within a law firm in Luxembourg enabling you to quickly become autonomous in managing your cases.
Fluency in

English

is essential, allowing you to confidently communicate with your international clients and colleagues. Knowledge of French or German will be considered an asset.
You possess a

proactive

mindset and excellent

analytical

skills, helping you manage complex transactions efficiently and with attention to detail.
Your

communication

skills are outstanding, making you capable of building long-term, trusted relationships with both clients and internal teams.
