Join Global Sales and Marketing Divion,a dynamic global team at the forefront of Marketing and Sales innovation, Brand mastery, and Customer Excellence. In our cutting-edge analytics project with the Customer Experience team, we collaborate across Allianz’s subsidiaries to harness the power of data, metrics, and advanced technologies. Together, we analyze NPS, VoC, and AllianzXperience results to uncover insights, celebrate successes, and shape the future of exceptional customer experiences. How can you make an impact?
* Assist in analyzing complex qualitative and quantitative data sets and effectively communicate key insights to stakeholder
* Retrieve, organize, and manage data from internal data warehouses and external online sources to support decision-making
* Quantify marketing and customer experience (CX) performance and investments by defining and standardizing essential metrics
* Develop and maintain impactful data visualizations and dashboards to facilitate data-driven insights
* Support the team in identifying trends and patterns to optimize marketing strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
* Contribute to ongoing data collection and reporting processes to improve analytical capabilities
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
* Studying Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or a related field
* Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
* Programming skills in R, Python, and SQL
* Experience with reporting, dashboards, data modeling, dataset analysis, and Power BI tools
* Basic understanding of cloud platforms like Azure or Amazon is helpful
Ability to select suitable analysis methods and turn technical results into clear marketing insights

* Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus
