Our client, a European Institution based in Kirchberg , is looking for its next Travel Agent to join its team on a maternity replacement contract .

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks related to the full lifecycle of official business travel arrangements, ensuring the smooth organisation and coordination of missions abroad.

Your responsibilities : Provide travel options to travellers in line with corporate travel policies and mission requirements Verify if the travel request contains all the information needed to organize the trip Manage bookings, changes, cancellations, and urgent travel requests Manage the travel authorisation form if there are any derogations/exceptions requiring additional approval Liaise with travellers, assistants, hotels, travel agency etc.

Once the preferred travel option is confirmed, check/execute additional steps (e.g.

high-risk destinations, visa requirements) Coordinate special arrangements for missions to high-risk destinations Support travellers with their travel needs, respond to requests in a timely manner, and help resolve any travel-related issues Keep travel requests up to date in the system by tracking and updating their status Your profile : Certified secondary-level education and certificate/diploma of further studies in accounting/administration or equivalent proven experience At least 2 years of experience in administrative assistance, including travel bookings and expenses report handling experience Familiarity with common Enterprise resource Planning Software and in particular with Oracle PeopleSoft Fluent in English and French Strong respect of procedures skills Flexibility and adaptability Good communication skills Result-Oriented To include yourself in this recruitment process; to find out more information about this role; or to discuss other career opportunities we have available, please contact Aurelia Michaux as soon as possible
