YOUR TASKS:
1. Lead and manage the team, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment. Optimize and refine processes and methods to increase efficiency.
2. Planning, controlling and coordinating team tasks.
3. Review of work results from team members.
4. Mentor and support team members in their professional development and daily responsibilities.
5. Represent the team and its deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Handle performance management, workload distribution, and conflict resolution within the team.
7. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
YOUR PROFILE:
8. Engineering Degree, preferably mechanical.
9. Good knowledge of CAD and PLM tools. Siemens NX/Teamcenter preferred.
10. Experience in the design of glass reinforced plastic materials and manufacturing processes.
11. Experience in the design of metallic welded structures and manufacturing processes.
12. Extroverted personality and able to bring people together.
13. Must feel comfortable working on an international and multicultural office setup.
14. Clear and effective communication.
15. Good organizational skills and problem solving orientated.
16. Fluent English language skills required.
17. Spanish and/or German is a plus.
18. Previous experience of the wind energy industry
19. Availability to travel.
