We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful candidate will oversee a team including a Brand Manager and a Digital Media Manager, developing and executing marketing strategies to drive immediate sales growth and long-term brand development. The role is for Pizza Hut Germany only. Pizza Hut has more than 80 restaurants operated by sub-franchisees in various cities in Germany. Marketing and Media budgets are determined as a percentage of sales income. Report to the Country GM and Regional Marketing Director, driving the Pizza Hut brand both internally (Franchisees) and externally (Customers).
Implement marketing plans to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales, aligned with regional targets.
Develop the Annual Marketing Calendar with cross-functional support to drive sales and brand growth.
Oversee creative development for all marketing materials, including digital, print, social media, and advertising campaigns.
Optimize marketing campaigns based on performance results.
Manage the marketing budget to ensure ROI and prevent overspend.
Foster cross-functional collaborations to achieve marketing goals.
Manage media plans to ensure maximum ROAS, sales, and budget compliance.
Collaborate with aggregator partners on joint business plans for promotions and marketing initiatives, optimizing channel growth.
Lead Web/App marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales, monitor e-commerce performance, and focus on app strategies for acquisition and engagement.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
