Your Responsibilities The Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Emerging Markets is responsible for planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives. The major focus is the enablement of channel partners to market and sell DocuWare. This role will oversee all channel marketing activities for defined regions within Emerging Markets as part of our global marketing organization. Your responsibilities will include: You will define and execute marketing activities to grow the DocuWare brand, generate demand, and enable sales and partners to achieve revenue goals. You will create regional content in collaboration with our corporate and regional marketing teams. You will continuously analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, monitor competitors and trends, and identify growth opportunities. You will serve as the subject matter expert in demand generation for our channel partners. You will monitor performance on an ongoing basis and optimize programs and campaigns for maximum impact. What you need to succeed Several years of experience in marketing. University degree in business administration with focus on marketing, online marketing or comparable education. High proficiency in Dutch, French and English with strong writing and editing capabilities. Fluent in German is a plus. Experience in the B2B software industry or related complex industries. Experience in IT channel business is a plus. Ability to think strategically and execute work hands-on. Solid knowledge in digital marketing and social media. Goal and KPI oriented mindset. Proficient in using modern marketing software like, Hub Spot and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics). Desired Software knowledge: Project Management Software like Jira, Marketing Software like HubSpot, CRM like MS Dynamics What we can offer There are many great reasons to join DocuWare - our company culture is only one of them.
