Job Opportunity:
A Field Service Engineer - Plasma Technologies is required to provide technical support to customers in resolving issues related to system and process engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising customers as a technical specialist to resolve issues related to system and process engineering.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
* Prevent production interruptions by implementing preventive maintenance, managing spare-part inventories and driving modernization measures.
* Inspect and record safety-critical installations, ensuring all documentation meets the relevant standards.
* Assist with service order workflows by providing technical input for quotations and proposals.
* Commission equipment on-site and guarantee reliable, trouble-free operation at customer locations.
* Deliver application training and provide hands-on support so customers can use systems efficiently.
* Act as the primary technical contact for customer queries, coordinating solutions with internal teams to deliver the best outcome.
