Your profile:
* Experience in multiple implementation projects involving performance & goals, succession & development, or learning
* Very good knowledge and, if possible, certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (you can obtain certification later—your expertise is what matters to us)
* Willingness to learn and curiosity
* Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and, in particular, to support less experienced consultants during their training
* High degree of self-organization and strong communication skills
* Fluent German and good English skills
* Moderate willingness to travel
