With innovative solutions, our global IT team, Endress+Hauser InfoServe ensures that our corporate group can rely on smooth, secure IT operations. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Specialist Workload Automation. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, continuous development, and integration of the Automic Automation Platform in support of our entire SAP business processes. This position can be based either in Freiburg or Weil am Rhein.
Specifically, you can expect the following tasks:
* As a Specialist Workload Automation, you take responsibility for the stable operation and ongoing improvement of the Automic Automation Platform
* You support core ERP processes through the use of standard Automic jobs and by developing complex end-to-end automation workflows
* You perform upgrades, patches, and migrations in the Automic infrastructure and ensure system monitoring and performance optimization
* You manage the transport of Automic objects using b4A (best4Automic) and further develop a new solution for order management based on r4A (requests4Automation)
* You collaborate with external service providers and software vendors, coordinating and assigning them as needed
Your qualifications:
* You have successfully completed training in IT, a degree in computer science, or hold a comparable qualification
* You have profound knowledge in IT automation
* You have experience with automation tools and technologies, such as scripting languages, scheduling, and job control
* You possess strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work, and enjoy solving complex problems
* You are a team player with great communication skills and the ability to work independently
* You are motivated to develop both professionally and personally on a continuous basis
* Your proficiency in German and English completes your profile
