Your tasks
* With your combined understanding of both IT and banking topics, you will design innovative and sustainable IT landscapes for the Collection department.
* You skillfully bridge the gap between business and tech teams and stakeholders and get everyone on board to coordinate requirements.
* You also put our processes to the test, analyze and model them to find out what works best for us.
* You accompany our processes every step of the way, ensure the precise implementation of user stories and epics and make sure that new features, processes and technologies are put through their paces and tested for functionality and quality.
* As an asset owner / IT custodian, you also enjoy taking on IT responsibility, controlling release management for our assets and processes and ensuring that everything is in the green when it comes to governance and regulations.
* You keep our national and international service providers on track in terms of quality and you are actively involved in agile projects throughout the bank.
* And to ensure that everything runs like clockwork in terms of error prevention and resolution, you will be at the heart of our incident, change and problem processes, introducing best practices, documenting where necessary and liaising with specialist departments and developers on security, governance, reporting and KPIs.
Your profile
* Completed studies with a focus on (business) informatics or an equivalent qualification
* Solid knowledge and professional experience in the financial services environment, preferably in the banking sector
* Practical experience in software development and requirements management as well as in dealing with Denodo data management and SQL/PL databases
* Analytical thinking and quick comprehension with the ability to develop creative solutions
* Independent, structured way of working, communication and presentation skills
* Enjoy working in an agile team
* Ability to think outside the box and develop sustainable solutions
* Very good written and spoken German and English
