About the Role
As a German-speaking Social Media Support Specialist, you will help users and creators by providing high-quality customer support on social platforms. You will analyze performance, resolve inquiries, ensure policy compliance, and maintain excellent service standards. The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience and a deep understanding of KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide customer support through multiple social media channels
* Resolve user issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience
* Monitor KPIs (response rate, accuracy, quality standards)
* Support content and account-related inquiries
* Escalate technical issues when necessary
* Identify trends and contribute to service improvements
Requirements
* German B2/C1 + strong English
* Proven Customer Service background and familiarity with KPIs is mandatory
* Ability to work on-site in Porto
* Flexibility for rotating schedules, including future night shifts
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Work Schedule
* Monday to Sunday
* Main schedule: 10:00 – 19:00
* Possibility to extend: 09:00 – 21:00 (rotative shifts)
* 2 rotating days off
Salary & Benefits
