For our Freiburg office, we are looking for a:
HR Assistant (M/F/D) – Student Contract (Werkstudent)
You will join the HR team as operational support for the daily HR management related to our French subsidiary.
Your mission:
Support the existing HR team with employee administration and contribute to the proper implementation of HR processes, working closely with teams in both France and Germany.
Your responsibilities will be varied and adapted to your student status.
Main Responsibilities:
Operational HR Support :
- Manage administrative tracking of employee files (contracts, HR documents, digital filing) ;
- Assist in the recruitment process for French positions in France: drafting and publishing job ads, screening applications, organizing interviews ;
- Update HR databases and contribute to the digitalization of processes.
Communication & Support:
- Draft internal HR communications for the French teams ;
- Help organize key HR milestones (onboarding, training sessions, team events) ;
- Act as a facilitator for HR communication between France and Germany.
Participation in Cross-functional Projects:
- Support training coordination: registrations, provider communication, follow-up of training actions ;
- Contribute to HR projects such as quality of work life, diversity & inclusion, and continuous improvement ;
- Assist with the use and development of our internal tools: Evalea and Personio.
Your Profile :
* You are currently studying Human Resources, Administration, Management, or a similar field (Bachelor’s or Master’s level);
* You are fluent in French (minimum C1) and have a professional level of English;
* You are well-organized, have strong interpersonal skills, and enjoy teamwork;
* You are autonomous, thorough, curious, and eager to learn;
* You are motivated by sustainability issues and wish to grow within a purpose-driven company;
* A valid driving license (B) is required, as occasional travel may be necessary.
