You will serve as a key representative of our technical expertise, conducting engaging product demonstrations and presentations. By effectively communicating the value of our solutions, you will help potential customers understand how our offerings can address their challenges.
1. Sales & Client Support:
o Act as a technical liaison for the sales team, providing expert product knowledge and consultation to potential clients.
o Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts based on client needs and future growth plans.
o Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our data center services.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on their infrastructure needs.
o Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute new business acquisition strategies.
o Assist in creating proposals and technical documentation for client solutions.
o Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful service implementation.

Requirements:
* Experience:
o A bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
o Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Data Center Technician, Field Engineer, or similar role.
o Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in technology.
o Experience with major hardware vendors (e.g., Dell, HP, Cisco, Juniper).
* Relevant Skills:
o Strong knowledge of data center best practices, including cabling standards and power distribution.
o Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting server hardware and networking equipment.
o Familiarity with network concepts and protocols.
o Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
o Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ are desirable.
o A passion for technology and desire to stay current with industry trends.
