Search Marketing Specialist / Paid Search Coordinator
We're looking for a Search Marketing Specialist / Paid Search Coordinator to join a global business and play a key role in scaling their digital growth. To drive website traffic and customer acquisition through smart, data-led SEM strategies. This role offers the chance to make a real impact, improving paid search performance across multiple global marketplaces.
Lead Shopping, Performance Max, and Max Search campaigns across all international markets.
Roll out global A/B testing strategies for ad copy and visual templates.
Work hand-in-hand with SEO teams to deliver an integrated search strategy.
Maintain a global paid search playbook and testing calendar to keep strategy sharp and consistent.
2+ years of hands-on experience in paid search marketing.
~ Proficient with Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, SA360, DoubleClick Search, etc.
~ Experience managing budgets across platforms like Google, Microsoft, Baidu, Facebook, Apple Search and Amazon Ads.
~ A balance of analytical skill and creative flair—comfortable with data, yet not afraid to experiment.
~ Fluent English is essential; other languages are a bonus.
